Well at this point the company better clarify this point because right now it looks like a CD that could turn toxic for the company! I should of waited for this afternoon to buy!

One positive spin on this was GG was willing to pony up good money after bad on FCCN new Aero merger. So that tells me something. What do you think?

And the O/S stays at 76 million the way I see it.

The main thing is the escrow shares go away.

Seems like a good deal to me.

Did he say what the loan / debt obligation is to GGI
- is the amount to pay them off as part of the
settlement deal = 2.5M$??

What do we need 2M to make what happen?
