In reading that filed lawsuit fully. I think it will be very interesting how that plays out. You have the owner, founder & patent holder of WinView claiming that the hired CEO failed fiduciary & sold the IP value short purposefully so they could facilitate a merger & fleece the patent holdings & failed to seek to value the IP holdings. Now IF they are indeed seeking to peruse IP valuation via a lawsuit, then some part of Lockton's claim may be shown to be true. Either way, this is no near term road at this point. Unless Engine has some major acquisition target lined up with all that capital they raised, I sense some troubled twisted roads ahead. A listing doesn't make this stock/company any better all it may do is turn on the PR/Marketing spigot. Patent trolling is about long pockets, and at a minimum it's a 5+ year engagement if the adversaries have capital to expend..what was the old patent play??

Patent Troll LOL let’s just hope this top patent lawyer is not out of East Texas. I must admit, though ignorant of the big picture, I have ptsd from an old patent play.... One thing is for sure. Revenue from patent infringement, as our friend Henry speaks, is a long road
