Sounds like you know your stuff Volfan... I hope you get pleasantly surprised here. Having said that... This stock will not close under a penny... hasn't for over 3 months now no matter how close it gets. Is there a reasonable explanation for this?

I appreciate you giving another perspective but unfortunately for me at least , I got lost really in the noise if you will. I just didn’t really track well because just seemed tit for tat and I agree semantics but from all sides. Do you mind just putting it all (your basic concerns) in a quick 1,2,3 format easy to understand for dummies like me ? Thank you. Hopefully the responses and questions will remain respectful. I don’t think the name calling helps . Maybe solutions like you saying what you would do. Like you said concerning all these delinquent notes. Just retire them, flush them, somehow remove them. On that subject , isn’t that still a possibility Mr. Galvin still can do anything he wishes concerning those notes ? With board approval of course.

What’s your take on BLPG partnering with a bigger armored vehicle company (Garda, fortress, loomis etc) they mention acquisition / JV possibilities in the 10k they just released - mind you I don’t see blpg acquiring anyone unless Galvin brings out the check book. Given we’re the only armored truck company in the MJ space and since it was mentioned in the 10k that the only way to expand fast is by partnerships / acquisitions I’m wondering what your take is (assuming you’d like to take a stab at it)
