"busy and overwhelmed." I wonder if that translates to bidding wars for the homes? In Idaho county where I live, a home I built for 185k last yearsold a couple of months ago by the owners for 230k and the new owner just sold it for 499k.

Bidding wars for homes are now the norm in Idaho. So, maybe the company is getting more bang for their buck?

Guess we'll see.
