I have not heard of anyone contacting the Assessors Office or doing any real DD to back the claim that the deal somehow did not happen.

The needed and effective DD is NOT COMPLICATED! All one needs to do is look at the Company's own posted Balance Sheet, i.e. the one signed by SPRV CEO John Murphy! The Q1 Quarterly Financial Report includes ALL the accounts of Supurva Healthcare Group and its subsidiary, 1094 Military Trail, LLC!

(Page 14) The consolidated financial statements include the accounts of Supurva Healthcare Group, Inc. and its subsidiary, 1094 Military Trail, LLC.

The Financial Report does not say NEXT QUARTER, but it clearly states this quarter's report is CONSOLIDATED, meaning it reflects the combined finances of SPRV and 1094 Military Trail, LLC.

THE BALANCE SHEET SAYS THE CONSOLIDATED COMPANY DOES NOT OWN A BUILDING!!!

Contacting the assessors to do DD to back the claim that the deal somehow did not happen is not the responsibility of those who claim it did not happen. It's kind of the other way around.

How would you prove it one way or the other by contacting Palm Beach County Assessors Office? 1094 Military Trail, LLC still owns the building. The only thing that will change is who owns the LLC. That info may be available from the Assessor's office, but if the mailing address doesn't change, given that 1094 Military Trail LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary, as the PR put it I believe, then that information might not change.

The Q2 report, if it reports revenue, will silence the critics, along with the building's value being reported on the Balance Sheet. It's not really the responsibility of the critics to prove a negative, it's easier to prove that something did happen rather than something didn't happen.

I tend to believe the transaction happened, but the proof from the Q1 report just isn't there. There's enough there to think that it probably happened, but this company's history with PR's and reports does call this into question. I realize you came more recent to this stock and company, but the history does matter to some. In the end, it's about future performance anyway, and that's not always related to the health of a company, especially in the OTC.
