When will they start dumping into the BID to scam the market??

Been hearing this for way to long for her O/S not to go up 1 share yet. Her O/S has not gone up 1 share since the R/S that happened almost a year ago. All we have seen is the price dropping on low volume as the market cap shrinks with it.
Knowing how this stuff works and as an experienced trader I recognized that as an amazing setup forming. We are sitting here today with an amazing buying opportunity that not many are seeing yet. The time will come. No worries.
