Yeah, most folks don't want to load tickers like this until there is a catalyst....I guess they would rather wait for a catalyst and chase.... than to tie up funds, as many of these shells are kind of 'dead money' until they get mergers. It's not my strategy.....but to each his own.
Maybe we'll see something this Summer, as there will be a couple thousand fewer shells available for mergers, after the SEC gets rid of many of the non reporting ones.
