Since that notice on December 17, 2020 QTMM has filed two SEC past due financials, a 10k for the fiscal year ending June 30,2019 filed on 3/23/21 and a quarter one ending September 30, 2019 filed on 4/30/21.

Indicating the company is working on becoming fully current reporting and will be back to open trading.
