I have a feeling the OTC IS JUST slow to update the information.

That feeling is wrong lol, since it's not otc markets who updates anything (as far as share structure)

That's 100% the Transfer Agent, and it's done by simply signing in, and updating the numbers, that's it

No forms to submit, or anything like that
