more or less, for a new home
buyer if building product costs
drop in a year or so?...
$80,000/4,000 square feet...
Problem is that it doesn't
really drive of price of existing
home, that may be a fixer upper,
because it will cost more to
update that footprint's value...
Possible catch 22 with lower
rates to borrow...
Good to know that you may have
been given increased credit to
fund building at higher costs...
