I agree on $FTOC and think Payoneer is a great service.

I got scammed once when selling some domain names... with a "domain appraisal" that was totally bunk.

I paid for the services in advance...

PAYONEER did great in getting my money back, and with my DD, they shut down the scammers account(s) completely.

So I personally think $FTOC is great.
