Tell me why the SEC and clearing house agents are rushing to push out liquidation and facilitating filings to handle extreme financial disturbances.

Tell me why international investors can't buy shares through there national brokers.

Tell me how coordinated short ladder attacks are possible when there are no more shares to lend out and short.
