i think it boils down to.. a fixer upper ( like a house or car) it looks bad to us but very fixable and very cheap for them to fix and make what they want it to be..if you know what to look for its easy...just like any pro.. they want to make something big out of it... very simple way of putting it but i think it sums it up...
