I agreed, before this goes to Nasdaq everything has to line up perfectly. Doing RS without perfect fundamental will only collapse the share price like most companies do.

I am in one that went thru RS in order to go to Nasdaq and fortunately the price does not collapse as they have strong revenue Q after Q. It took them 3 years to do that

I have never seen a company heading into earnings drop like this one. Most go up for days and weeks before but not this one...
