Yes, I know. My experience with Madison has been they don’t post the SS daily or even weekly on OTCMarkets.com. For anyone who wishes to do more thorough DD, they will kindly provide it directly, either via phone or email.

Note the Float shown on OTCMarkets is Not TA Verified, it has No shield beside that number. Perhaps they’ll change that, but for now it is what it is, Not TA Verified.

I contacted Mike Ajzenman, president of Madison TA, today to clarify the share structure. He said Madison does not supply the Restricted nor Unrestricted. He stated OTCMarkets gets updated once a month and you can see the breakdown there.

The float is still not TA Verified.
