Nothing was “cut off”. Let’s see a screenshot that shows a share count from the TA that details current restricted and unrestricted.

I’ve dealt with this TA for years, my experience has been he only provides AS and OS. Perhaps they’ve changed, but the numbers I received were for authorized and outstanding only.

But please feel free to post a screenshot from Mike Ajzenman of Madison Stock Transfer showing otherwise. I’ve already shared his contact information in order to do thorough DD.

You are asking me WHY?

Can I ask why the bottom is cut off the screen shot from the transfer agent where it tells the unrestricted and restricted share counts??

That looks like half the truth being almost 2/3's of the O/S is still restricted. I like to see all the facts when trading. Lets keep it real.

Half crocked BS when trading could cause a lot of gains to be missed. Real DD is the key.

Maybe it would be better to FIRST ask IF there was ANY REFERENCE WHATSOEVER TO THE UNRESTRICTED AND RESTRICTED SHARE COUNTS IN MY CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE SPRV TRANSFER AGENT.
