I agree, if the deadline is actually June.... Maybe this is a stupid question Mattwould, but what is the Sept date? I was under the impression they had until Sept, maybe they think so too! LOL...
It may sound foolish, but I have a feeling many of these tickers already have there filing complete. If it were me, I would probably wait until the last minute. I am sure the effective date is the date of submission, might as well get all the can out of your filings, there not cheap you know.
