Its just not just SEC delinqeunt filers either that are coming under the hammer. With their new AI system are now going after NT-10Q and Nt-10K liars with heavy fines and cease and desist orders.
They are also tagging about 5,000 non SEC filers with non disclosure suspensions by September 28th.
