The $2.50 requirement to short penny stocks don't apply if they are NSS!! A good one for the beginners, But as we all Know the Market Makers don't follow the Rules!!!! Lots of examples of that! They just pay a fine and move on. They make BIG money naked shorting And pay pennies on the dollar in fines!! Cost of doing business! That's All. Let's not play the FINRA game. As far as retail is concern FINRA is an "SRO" And they are as useless as a drop of rain In an Ocean.
