Let the "others" get the vaccination. If the "others" are irresponsible, that's not the problem of the younger people. Each has to be responsible for themselves.
The focus of the vaccine is to vaccinate the vulnerable, children are not vulnerable. Once the vulnerable are vaccinated, everybody else can live normally.
