this is clearly someone trying to take advantage of the under informed the market cap $3.6M is so low and SS 574K is very tiny and the size of the claim is ginormous $B double digits is a no brainer IMO!

That day is coming! There is nothing more that CUB@ government wants than to have this issue behind them (for all we know they may have provided the evidence?)especially if some else is going to pay for it (in this case ASR Group)
FRAZcisco will have no need to pursue AZCUB@ and in turn they would be free to do as they wish with the assets but I still think another suit gets filed as well cause ASR is not the only one 'trafficking'
I could be wrong but I believe the distillery is also being used in the same way and a potential subject target of a Suit with several candidates even wealthier than ASR Group
