I have explained this to you countless times now. Although Wei cannot move a company into the shell prior to TOC he MUST keep the shell information current just like Lazar did. Again this is simple trading 101 stuff that every trader should know. Wei has now made the shell dark/defunct and at risk of a suspension. New rule 15c2-11 states that ALL OTC stock must have current information by the September 30th deadline. OTC Markets are giving companies until June 30th to comply or they will send them to the grey market. Again I suggest better DD
