It's been a while since I studied that one but I remember there was a catch to how the contract was done. I'd have to go back and review, but it was misleading in how it was presented to investors.

What I found shows the stock never traded more than 700K shares in a day. Also, I think I read the CEO owned like 96% of the shares. That is very misleading for that web site to make it look like the stock rose 30,000%
