Didn't watch video but if that's what the video concluded I strongly agree. BlackRock is closely tied to Citadel so is Vanguard Funds who also purchased large quantities of shares...I believe these two put the floor in at $5.50 and made the decision to rid the World of Citadel. All the rules came after BlackRock and Vanguard buying.

I think these two also pull the trigger when its time to margin call Citadel. Margin call could happen when short borrowing rate hits 50%.....We need shorts to burn through those available shares and BlackRock and Vanguard could decide its time.
