I confirmed the amount in trust with US bank was $96M not $100M but I don’t know if that means anything.

The depositors known as Standard Products Corp/CorTS deposited $100m, and Lehman brothers I believe took $4M to get it listed on NYSE as KTP which is now COTRP.
