Lets just say those 60+ million which were illegal in the first place were old already and are in the market... since they are illegal won't they have to be removed? or bought back off the market??

the O/S should be 76m-ish...

but if we see the SEC order those 60+ million removed off the market (that is if they have been sold by that Golden Gate company...) we could see some fun days ahead

The two share structures listed give the same O/S, but two different numbers of illegally issued shares that will at some point be cancelled. The difference between those two numbers is 60 million. Because the O/S is the same in both sections, that 60 million is NOT irrelevant. That 60 million either will or will not be cancelled as illegally issued. The 13A is not clear and the answer matters.
