I don’t think atnam has a website. I think if someone comes to TNN for a custom designed part they can take an idea to CAD to part as a full service design house. All the revenue from the design and CAD work goes through Atnam and the actual CNC milling work revenue goes through tnn. Not sure why it’s setup this way but it seems to imply that it’s fairly separate since they were able to apply for two separate PPP loans. If I had to guess I would put the combined TNN entities between $30-$40 million in revenue per year.
Let me state again there is no solid evidence that MVNT acquired TNN. The only things we know is that they share loading dock and possibly some work area. And the TNN long time CEO and I think founder announced on LinkedIn about 3-4 months ago that he was retiring soon.
