90 days from February 2 is May 2 all the volume happened on May 6 so no dumping. Comprehension is the more important part of reading.

You are totally providing false info here. You are not going by the updated information. The summons was served on March 2 on the Secretary of State due to pervious attempts not being successful. There is nobody from the company to respond. It's a done deal.

Sorry, but that is not correct. They have done their Due Diligence to have this served. They are now requesting the court to award them custodianship due to the failure to respond. They also state that neither PRMO or the court asked for more time. Therefore there is no need to wait any longer. Depending on the Judge, he/she may award it without a need for appearance as has been done many times in the past on other custo's. Either way, no matter what any of us think, this is up to the judge to move this forward. With Florida being so slow, who knows. Hopefully it will be sooner than later.
