Buffett is the ultiamte value investor. Stock and bond prices would to drop quite bit more to get him interested again. He has been incorrectly bearish on stocks and bonds for some time. Obviously he is not a good market timer. But does anyone doubt he will have the last laugh just as he did when the 1999 tech bubble burst?
