How many times does this have to kiss .30 till the 1.9mm share float is owned at that price?

Next announcement fro Winter is going to be his standard PR that such snd such Private Comoany has been purchased by IHAI.

I can’t see any other 8k detailing anything we need to know.
.30 is the launching pad.

We know from common sense that the $30k and $20k note is owned by One of Winter’s LLCs or there would be a law suite pending.

I’m sure Winter is negotiating that $50k debt for the shell.
$50k is nothing. I’ve seen shells with $millions of debt on the books and with 100s of millions in the float go into R/M all star status

I smell multiple dollars in here.,and fast too.

I’ll lose 1/10th of my shares to go free trading. Depending on what will be dropped in this, I’ll decide if I hold or bleed out as it does it’s exchange upgrade.
2 year financial being dropped is big. Audited financials is pure gravy.

Most have gotten the 1.9mm float locked up at a dime. As those are cashed in higher, the launching pad will get higher.
Next plataue is .30, it can kiss .50-.80 on the Ask with ease.
