Games aside, it looks like the weather and weak O&G prices may be the primary factors here. Without word from PRVB, its hard to know the impact weather has had on activities. I suspect they are having trouble getting in to do work as scheduled. That said, this appears to be a buying opportunity and will be watching to see if this goes any lower on Monday.
