My main concern was #5 No access to raw data from trials.

Somewhere in my research I came across a scientist that said there was a partial data dump. When he calculated the "efficacy" based on the released data, it was at 20%.

He stated that it was based on this "incomplete" first data dump and it may not be 20% if and when the remainder of the data is revealed.

If I come across that report, I will post it. Again, my recollection, believes it was a one-time raw data dump, I could have misread it but that's what I recall. Hope I can find it to post it.
