I'd think this could end up being the biggest reverse merger of 2021, or at least close to it. As you pointed out, the company coming in is a huge lender. Exciting days and weeks ahead for AVVH shareholders in my humble opinion.

Good Morning Stervc & AVVH with the size and volume of this company a move to a public vehicle means major growth here IMO! Not talking pennies but dollar potential!
