RD "Together with the dividend certificates" Are you assuming that the dividend stock certificates will be mailed to the current shareholders of HERB? In practice that means that they may be worthless to many of us living outside of the USA. Stock certificates have been a thing of the past for decades now. There is no practical way that we can use them when we use brokers where everything is electronic I think. You seem to imply that the shares of this company will be more or less worthless once the dividend stock certificates have been mailed to the shareholders of HERB.
