You can pretty much tell the shells that are high risk of a split. Not this one. 1.9mm float? A low Market cap too
The hardest thing to see is the debt. $50k ain’t squat in here and verified.

This is an excellent R/M candidate.
CM has held this shell close to him for over 10years. It’s not like some of the others that just want to unload the shell on the first story that wants to use it for a P&D. CM wants a real business plan.
I think he has one with the way things are moving in here.
