I invested once they retained Culhane Meadows PLLC. I’m not sure about all the past history with this company, but you’re not going to spend that type of money nor would Culhane accept a contract from a scam company. I’m not sure what else needs to be said about it.

Thomas L. Crom is a renowned OTC serial scammer. Just look at his other tickers MWOG or WRKC for whats in store here at UATG.

Here is a direct quote from the OTC regarding these non disclosure tickers like UATG of which there about 7,000.
'Companies that are designated as PINK NO INFORAMATION or otherwise fail to provide current information will no longer be eligible for public quoting.......by September 28, 2021 ....and will be moved to the grey/expert markets.'
