In agreement, but not sure what "significant" [bump in PPS] means.
I'm hoping that in today's market climate of what former Fed. Chair Alan Greenspan once described as "irrational exuberance" we'd see at least three times today's PPS in the immediate aftermath (a day or two) of a favorable decision. I'm hoping, but of course, that depends on the strength of the ruling.
