Oh I should add the "timestamp" you see is the time of the e-mail sent from Shaun to me. Not the time of the SEC Filing. On that I can only report what Shaun stated. That being it was sent TODAY, May 3rd. So it should be appearing on the BOTH the SEC Edgar and OTCMarkets sites very soon.
