Huge merger in the works with a Chinese holding company. Actually, China has confirmed the merger, just waiting on the official announcement here in the US for true confirmation. Financials are due this month I believe. Change of control became official on Friday with a confirmation date. Don't expect anything until after May 5th because it is a holiday in China.
