Trying to look at the positives here. If in fact she pulled this ruling out her backside than there will be plenty of items to base an appeal on. The worse her opinion is the less the CFAC can try to ignore it and will have to take action.

All she did was buy time for ATVI (possibly other infringers)... and given us better pricing while we wait.

Quilt says it best... I won't reinvent the wheel... go see his post of today. Casper has actually helped WDDD in the long run IMO.
