Will Texas court adopt Casper's ruling? I think it is game over for Worlds.

IMO, World's valuation is now 100% MRMA, and its IP worths nothing.

If my interpretation of Casper recent ruling on 101 is correct, then I am pretty certain that MSFT will soon file a motion to dismiss in Texas court citing Casper's recent ruling on 101, and the big unknown is will Texas court agree with Microsoft.
