At first I thought is was to help them get prepared for the uplist to nasdaq . Get used to the similar required filings , etc ... this goes for any company . And also to separate them from the scammy stocks . But lately otcm has been dropping the ball on a lot of companies. There is no requirement to be otcqb before uplist to nasdaq , or NYSE. Sbfm is about ready to rock and these idiots are in there way . Imo.
