Mike you didn't stipulate Paper or Electronic... Paper Certs are the issue, and I see DTCC has a plan for them.

Once you take possession, they become Tradeable Shares. If CMGO had taken possession they would have went into the company Treasury to be disposed of as the CEO and Board saw fit and not became Tradeable...

Who wins not CMGO but then things have been mighty slow because of COVID-19 and lack of responsibility by the last administration.
