Pure gibberish. Pfizer has already announced they will file a followup BLA. When that happens one can take the semantic word of "experimental" out of the discussion. Moderna will follow suit, as will others. You should learning how drug approval (inc the EUA) works with the FDA, before accepting blindly what some lunatic on a conspiracy site has to say.

As recently as April 2018, the NIH issued a press release promoting a study linked to the research project, whose authors included a scientist at the Wuhan lab.
