"Target enrollment is 120 patients, with a planned interim analysis."

I felt that inferred efficacy. (I wasn't alone.)

Are "interim analysis for efficacy" customary midway in clinical trials?

You may yet get a 50% efficacy analysis. Enrollment just hit 50%. It will be another five weeks before all those patients are dosed and observed.

Hoping we'll stay on track and be done with enrollment in late June with protocol completion by August. Results in September or October.
