I think that Catapult Merger Sub, Inc in Nevada is the new company merging in but I can't say that this will be the final company. I think they help facilitate mergers and acquisitions. The Delaware company with the same name is just another entity and has nothing to do with $AWGI at this point.

If you go to NV SOS site and navigate to the Business entity search engine you can search for Catapult Merger Sub. You'll see that the company was newly incorporated on April 8, 2021 for this merger.
