20% to 25% cash is the plan, I am close to 20% here. Reason, I plan to keep the bios (and the double on TEVA) in over the weekend, the strength in AMGN (printing new HOD as I type) indicates to me that sector might turn first. Also IDPH is bouncing every time froma long term box bottom just under $32, if it reverse it could be strong. In edit just took MERQ off here at $43.70 for another $.55, making that one a daily double bucker...
