#159414 RE: TheElephantintheRoom #159393

Yes sir. And that's where the problem lies.

may be all that's needed if the the "Sales" stories being told are correct. .

All trust in this ceo and management team is eroded with the possible exception of a few people who post here, and even fewer if you figure at least some of them are likely here with ulterior motives. So we'll never know if the sales talks are true until they're publically announced, which requires a lot of faith in this ceo and management team to forthcoming after years of being anything but forthcoming.

I am not exaggerating when I say not a single stated goal or milestone was accomplished last year, despite the many promises and proclamations, and even a couple of outright misstatements/ lies (depending on your perspective). Not a single one, from simple stuff like promising a website and stating they hired a marketing firm that was eager to get started, to proclaiming 25 machines will need to be placed each month starting in July, to uk deals, to oil testing, and revenue guidance they not only fell way far from, but also doubled down and reiterated the guidance 1 month into the 4th quarter last year when it was obvious to management that it would never happen. Not one single carrot they dangled actually came thru. Sure revenues increased, but like I said before, a monkey could have been in charge during covid and saw the same increase during q2 last year. The truth is q3 and q4 saw declining revenues in line with declining concerns over covid and I strongly anticipate that decline is going to continue into q1 this year abs likely beyond. I will not be surprised in sbu way shape or form to see revenues drop in line with pre covid times by the end of this year.

Pctl and others have been working on using hocl work pull and gas for roughly 10 years and haven't succeeded yet. I'm not sure what reason there is to believe that will change, but it could. The other carrot being aggro, which I've heard a lot of talk from Gary about but have seen zero in the way of any meaningful implementation. In fact, Gary seems seems to have a pattern of essentially making things up to sting people along, and then making something else up to dangle when he feels he needs to.

Hai, covid, hospital placements, Asia (during the start of covid), the uk, oil and gas, agro, e.t.c. he's always got a new market segment to tout but never has any accomplishments in any of them. Ever. Literally nothing. Even the distributor network that's been built is suspect in one way or the other. Everything from are they even doing business to they aren't paying pctl nearly enough, to distributors all but disappearing and having websites magically redirect to competitors sites and phone numbers being disconnected. It's always something with everything pctl related.

Pctl is rotten to the core imo. I'm not saying I think they're maliciously doing anything shady, they very well could be and I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest to find out they are. I'm saying Gary has created such a stink with the company and it's reputation that it's likely not going anywhere on it's own merits without some serious changes in management, and even then, there's no saving grace waiting in the wings. Further more, Gary seems bent on digging the deepest hole he possibly can for any new management team to dig out of.

The closest possibility we currently have is RB capital gaining control, but I still don't believe they would want to take on the challenge of rebranding this turd. Given that turning around and running companies isn't remotely a part of what RB capital does, in think it's more likely they take control and liquidate the company if they take control.

SO, could all of these wonderful things happen with pct? Sure, why not? Anything is possible right? But is it likely to haves all these wonderful things happen given what we know about they're track record? Call me skeptical. In fact, I highly doubt it. That said, there could be money to made in the .015 to .03 range flipping this on bs news and teasers. Maybe they'll even figure out a way to get this up to 5-6 cents and give everyone holding this bag for the last year a chance to get out with most of their skin.
