Gonna take a lot for PCTL to compete with Subway. Maybe CEO could distribute coupons?
Free HydroHoagie with each Hydrolyte tote, GaryGrinder party pack with each Annihilyzer?

Gotta do something to bump sales. Put the IR guy on the curb to spin a submarine spinner.
Something for shareholders to consider while waiting on the tasty Q1 Q-10 to chew on. Lol.

GL, good health to PCTL shareholders.

Looking to get greener this spring.

Equipment/disinfectant sales.

2021 will be a great year.

UK biz update soon.

Oil test results.

Tier change.

10-Q May.

Bring it.

The share value of the company is exactly what the market says it is. Currently under 2 cents and sliding backwards. I assume you're talking about potential share value, in such case the rest of your post becomes far more interesting.

which I think is the key to unlocking the share value of this company.

The rest of this matters tremendously when assessing three value of a stick price and whether or not it's under, over, or accurately priced by the market.

It seems easier to just react and believe RB and PCTL are taking shareholders for a "ride" by diluting, dumping, and/or manipulation share prices. And this may be true based on mis-guidance from PCTL and posts that seem like mis-information regarding company activity. Based on 10K disclosures alone, you should at least be prepare to lose all your investment in PCTL.

The 10K/Q is the only proof they are on a right track and is the only news that will permanently move the SP. I don't like every move RB PCTL did, but I think I understand what they did and why, and I think they moving in the right direction. Saying all of that, RB and Management are still first in line at the feeding-trough, and we are still as blind as ever on PCTL 2021 revenue projections

Anyone following this stock for 6 months or longer, can attest to pct constantly stating things are happening when they aren't, or stating goals and never even so much as addressing then again in three future let alone working towards them. We've seen many many missteps. So regardless of what the filings say, the market imo has valued this company based on the failings of management and the lack of confidence the market has in the company.

Things are changing. New developments take place, but the one constant is perceived management failure.

Talk about value of a penny stock is speculative at best anyway, but when you're constantly betting on the same losing horse to win, and it keeps losing, it's become pretty obvious you have a loser. Could it change sure. Will it change? Possibly but I'd have to say unlikely in any substantive way. Of course my opinion. I think our best hopes are management comes up with a nice way to move the sp up and then run for the hills when they do.

New management would be the only thing that would change my mind.
