yes, that is true. 8 bil authorized and the boiler room activity here tells me that is exactly what is happening here. bidding and selling on the ask at the same time. that is illegal and it is meant to deceive investors about the the true volume. you can see how they drop the stock each time they run it up on fake bids. then they sell like crazy on the ask and bid at the same time. a ton of stock manipulation. doesn't change the $15 mil convertible which equates to 30 billion new shares that would need to be sold to pay it. lots of new retc bagholders here.
